yesterday i went for my first aussie BBQ.it's totally wierd.we went to a gathering of my mum's friends from college days who are here for some reason or the other.
they BBQ the food outside,when everyone is inside talking,then everyone sits inside to eat the BBQ food inside.how wierd is that.no one stands outside.but their pool is really cool!can adjust the temperature.i figured that that's pretty useful in this country.the pool is really cold.but after that when u jump into the jacuzzi,it feels really nice and good.
i made a few friends.but most of the time we just hung out and watched tennis.roddick was playing.so the BBQ was fun.yen and ning went for the same BBQ so we managed to like get a day when we could go to the city and everything.
life's boring here if u don't have friends.i made some at OCF and we're planning to hit the courts this wk i think.i must state that the past few days has been VERY HOT.it's like 40 degrees.and it's no joke not having a fan or an aircon and having to try to sleep.it's CRAZY.but i finally fell asleep and the day at the pool yesterday felt really good.and i got a tan!yay!but i'm gonna lose it.
the federer and agassi match was so disappointing.lucky i didn't pay 89 bucks to go for Rod Laver.i think the ladies match wld have been good tho.ahwell.i could always go next year.ok.the weekend is gonna b quite boring.unless yen comes down to the city which i hope he will.
cos then i'll have DVDs to watch.yay.
ahh.i miss everyone back home
SOO mUCH.it's unbelievable.
i miss my estate.and the people.i miss church.and the people.esp the people.i miss EVERYONE ELSE.
