nice! i've seen nel take this kind of photos before...albeit with a longer shutter speed. (that kind of effect)
Hey Ser! (:Haha. I used my PNS arh. Haha. No such thing as long shutter. Rather I dont know how to do. Haha.
i don't mean to brag but my PNS can do up to 15 sec. mwahhaha! ask me nicely i might give u a sample of how it turned out. living on a high-rise building has its photographic perks! *beams*
